These terms govern your use of the Video to Live Photo - V2LP iOS app (“the app”) and videotolivephoto.com, operated by Changzhou Cexun Technology Co., Ltd (“we”). By using the app or this website you agree to these terms.
The service
The app converts videos from your photo library into Apple Live Photos on your device. Live Photos are limited to 3 seconds by iOS. Whether iOS offers a particular Live Photo for use as an animated wallpaper is decided by Apple’s system software and varies between iOS versions; we make no guarantee of wallpaper eligibility.
Your content
You retain all rights to the videos you convert and the Live Photos you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the videos you process. Because conversion happens on your device, we never receive or store your content.
Free version and purchases
The app is free to use and displays banner advertising. An optional one-time in-app purchase, Remove Ads — Lifetime, permanently removes all advertising. The purchase is processed by Apple, billed to your Apple Account, and can be restored on your devices via “Restore Purchases” in the app’s settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. It is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing renews.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app or website in violation of applicable law, to process content you have no right to use, or to attempt to interfere with the app’s advertising or purchase mechanisms.
Disclaimer and liability
The app and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
